Job Application Tracker

Download a free version of our application tracker to manage job postings, resume versions, cover letter templates, and interviews.

First, create a free AirTable account:

Visit the AirTable website to sign up for a free account

  • Click on Sign up for free 
  • Enter your email address
  • Click Continue to activate your account.

 

Next, create your own copy of the Application Tracker.

First, duplicate the Master Job Application Tracker.

  • Click the downward arrow next to Master Application Tracker 
  • Select Duplicate Base

 

Create a dedicated Job Tracker for each of your clients.

  • Click on the briefcase icon at the top left
  • Click  the three dots at the far right 
  • Select Duplicate Base

 

Share a Dedicated Board With a Client

  • First, go to the board that you want to share with your client.
  • Next, click the Share button on the top right.
  • Lastly, invite your client by email or send them a link.
