We can bring a mindset and methods that will continue their current trajectory, keeping them in low-paying, high-stress, undervalued roles. Or, we can help them to get clear on their strengths, clarify their direction, and motivate them to take simple steps towards overcoming the barriers that have kept them from contributing their highest-level capabilities.

This three-part training series will equip career counselors and workforce development staff to advocate for and empower their clients. Attendees will learn about exploratory exercises, digital resources, and motivational methods they can use to help their clients land competitive, family-sustaining opportunities.

Developed for all types of career services professionals, including public workforce agency counselors, college career center staff, and private practitioners, each attendee will come away with increased knowledge and confidence to transform the professional lives - and earning potential - of the job seekers they serve.
