Andrea Gerson is a social worker, career coach, and workforce tech founder with over 15 years of experience working with clients to overcome barriers to fulfilling careers.As the Founder of Resume Scripter, she and her team have helped thousands of clients land competitive roles at companies like Microsoft, Google, and the U.N.  

An acclaimed career services trainer and presenter, Andrea has led sessions for thousands of career services professionals nationwide through organizations like the U.S. Department of Labor, Workforce Professionals Training Institute, NAWDP, and NCDA. Her superpower is empowering candidates from historically undervalued and underpaid backgrounds to showcase their capabilities and transition into leadership roles.
